Your initial consultation is a FREEBEE where we get to know you, gain insights into your values and strategy, and establish the event brief and objectives.
The worker bees begin to get their creative juices flowing by developing and sharing some initial concepts with you. It is at this point we provide you with a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
FREEBEE venue sourcing
The next stage is our complimentary venue finding service. Our resourceful worker bees unlock and gain access to preferential rates and negotiate terms. From opulent mansions to quirky locations you didn’t know existed; we’ll secure a venue that perfectly fits your brief.
We are experts in sourcing sensational acts and exciting entertainment for every type of event. Whether you want unique activities for a team-building day or showstopping aerial acts for your corporate spectacular, you can trust us to deliver.
We are passionate about food and its presentation. We work with our recommended caterers to carefully select food that is fresh, innovative and delicious, providing a key talking point and lasting memory.
Lighting and staging
From the creation of dramatic statements such as projection mapping to a subtle infusion of ambience, theatrical lighting is one of the key ingredients to any function. It turns fantasy into reality and is the bulb that lights up the dream. Our experienced technical team create spectacular backdrops for any event using the latest technology to add atmosphere, vibrancy and theatrical drama.
Once the venue is agreed and enhancements decided, we issue you with a Pro Forma invoice and ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid within 7 days.
Charges are individually tailored and include pre-event creative, pre-planning and project management and on-site event management fees. This covers all event services including ongoing supplier sourcing and vetting, Public Liability Insurance, completing risk assessments, checking health and safety licences, production of method statements, travel expenses and meeting contractual obligations.
The final balance payment of 50% is payable 30 days prior to the event.
We’re so confident that we provide great value for money that if you’re not entirely satisfied or delighted with our service, then we’ll refund you 100% of our management fee.
